Oripa may contain cards with scratches or stains. Product images are for reference only and do not guarantee the actual condition of cards or contents. Cards not shown in the images may also be included. For graded cards, we sell based on grades assigned by grading institutions, and we do not accept claims, returns, or exchanges regarding scratches or foreign objects visible inside the case. Even for unopened products, there may be minor scratches, dents, small tears in shrink wrap, sticker marks, etc. on the packaging. Unopened packs may have marks on the outer bag depending on the packaging condition. We conduct thorough inspections of unopened products, but we recommend all customers to "record video from product arrival to opening." Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if counterfeits are confirmed in the video. Please ensure all packaging materials are visible in the frame when recording. For products with 1st Edition (1ED), if the product title does not include edition information, we cannot accept requests to specify 1ED or Unlimited Edition (without 1ED marking). Even if 1ED marking is visible in the product images, products without such specification in the product title are excluded from this guarantee. Return rates are calculated based on theoretical values when all Oripa are purchased, but the set coin value of cards obtained through individual lottery results is random, and we do not guarantee equal amounts per draw. Additionally, due to specifications, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for products. Drop rates are displayed based on theoretical values at the time of oripa release. However, actual probabilities may vary depending on inventory status at the time of purchase, and displayed drop rates are not guaranteed. Oripa lottery effects do not guarantee the grade of results, so please understand this before using our service.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Method
Products purchased on this site will be shipped from a warehouse in Japan and delivered directly to the recipient address in Taiwan by DHL.
DHL will generally be used for delivery; however, depending on the contents of the shipment, delivery conditions, or other factors, the Company may, at its discretion, use another carrier.
Customers may not designate a carrier.
2. Delivery Time
Processing Time Before Shipment
Our shipping warehouse ships on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays).
Process: From submission of a shipping request to shipment
Shipping time reference: We generally ship within five business days after receiving a customer shipping request
Shipping may take longer than usual during holiday periods such as the year-end and New Year holidays, or due to inventory conditions.
Transit Time from Shipment to Delivery
DHL delivery times are calculated based on DHL business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in Japan and Taiwan).

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, customs inspections, peak seasons, and other factors.

Delivery may also take longer than the estimate above if required by DHL customs clearance procedures.
3. Shipping Fees
The Company bears the shipping fees for delivery to Taiwan, and customers do not need to pay an additional shipping fee.
4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
The terms of sale for shipments to Taiwan are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
The Company bears all customs duties, import taxes, and business tax (5%) incurred upon import into Taiwan.
Customers do not need to pay customs duties or other such charges upon receipt.
The Company also bears any other charges incurred during customs clearance.
5. EZ WAY Real-Name Authentication
Under Taiwanese customs regulations, recipients must register for real-name authentication in the EZ WAY app when clearing personal imports. From March 1, 2026, the advance authorization system has been fully implemented, and recipients must complete customs authorization in advance in the app.
Although the Company bears customs duties and import taxes, recipients must still complete EZ WAY registration as required for customs clearance. Please confirm the following before placing an order:
Install the EZ WAY app (search for "EZ WAY 易利委" on iOS/Android) and complete real-name authentication.
The name and telephone number entered when ordering must exactly match the EZ WAY registration information.
After the Product is shipped, Taiwanese customs will send a customs authorization confirmation through the EZ WAY app. Please confirm and approve it as soon as possible.
If the Information Does Not Match:
If the EZ WAY registration information does not match the order information, customs clearance may be impossible, the Product may not be delivered, or it may be returned to Japan.
The customer bears any customs issues and re-shipping costs arising from this.
The Company is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inconsistent EZ WAY registration information.
6. Handling of Products Subject to Import Restrictions
Some Products sold on this site may not be deliverable to Taiwan under Taiwanese import control or quarantine regulations.
If a Product Is Confirmed to Be Subject to Import Restrictions Before Shipment
If, after a customer submits a shipping request, the Company confirms during shipping preparation that a Product is subject to Taiwanese import restrictions, it cannot be shipped.
In this case, the Company will refund an amount equivalent to the purchase amount of the Product in Coins.
Cash, credit card, or other payment-method refunds are not available.
If Customs Determines That the Product May Not Be Imported
If Taiwanese customs determines that the Product may not clear customs, it may not be delivered.
If the Product is confiscated or destroyed for reasons such as quarantine, the Company will refund the amount in Coins.
The Company bears no responsibility for determinations by customs or quarantine authorities.
7. Return Policy (Returns Accepted Subject to Conditions)
Application Period and Conditions
A return may be requested within seven days after delivery of the Product.
When requesting a return, provide photographs clearly showing the condition of the Product and contact customer support.
Returns are limited to unopened and unused Products.
Opened or used Products cannot be returned.
Responsibility for Shipping and Related Costs
For a return requested for personal reasons of the customer:
The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
The customer also bears customs duties and customs-clearance-related charges incurred upon return.
The return address will be a warehouse in Japan designated by the Company.
Refund Method
The Company will process a refund only after receiving and inspecting the returned Product.
The refund will be made in Coins, and the refund amount will be the price of the Product.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are not included in the refund.
Out-of-Stock, Defective, or Incorrectly Shipped Products
If an out-of-stock Product, defective Product, or incorrect shipment is caused by the Company's negligence, the Company will provide a full refund in Coins or ship a replacement Product.
8. Disclaimer
The Company bears no responsibility for damage or delays caused by the following circumstances:
Delivery Delays
Delays caused by natural disasters such as typhoons, heavy rain, or earthquakes.
Delays caused by national holidays in Japan or Taiwan, particularly the Taiwanese Lunar New Year period.
Delays caused by the carrier, such as delays in receipt or reduced flights.
Other causes not attributable to the Company.
Customs Clearance
Customs clearance delays caused by customs inspections.
Customs issues caused by a mismatch in the EZ WAY name or telephone number (this is the customer's responsibility).
Products detained or confiscated as a result of a determination by Taiwanese customs (refunds will be handled under Section 6).
Recipient Information
Products that cannot be delivered or are returned to Japan because the recipient information (address, telephone number, or name) was entered incorrectly.
If the customer wishes to have the Product re-shipped, the customer bears the re-shipping costs.
9. Delivery Area
The delivery area is based on the areas in Taiwan to which the international carrier designated by the Company can deliver.
Whether delivery is available to outlying islands other than Taiwan's main island depends on the carrier's actual service area.
Delivery may take longer in some areas.
10. Refusal of Receipt and Extended Absence
If delivery cannot be completed for personal reasons of the customer (such as an extended absence or refusal of receipt), the Product will be returned to Japan after the carrier's storage period expires.
The customer bears shipping and other costs incurred for the return.
If the customer wishes to have the Product re-shipped, the customer must bear the re-shipping costs separately.
11. Shipment Tracking and Customer Support
After shipment, the Company will provide a tracking number by email or through an in-app notification.
Customers can use the tracking number to check the delivery status through the carrier's tracking service.
