Eligibility: Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items: As a general rule, any item that has been opened is not eligible for return.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your unopened returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping: We cover all return shipping costs. However, please note that we set a minimum total coin amount required to request a shipment.

Shipping methods: Customers cannot select the shipping method; we will choose the most appropriate option.
Delivery estimates: Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Order tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
