In packs, cards with damage may occasionally appear. The product images are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the actual condition of the cards or the distribution situation. Cards other than those shown may also be included. Graded cards are sold based on the grades determined by the grading agency. We cannot accept claims, returns, or exchanges for scratches or foreign objects visible inside the case. For sealed products, there may be slight scratches, dents on the exterior, small tears in parts of the shrink wrap, or traces of stickers. While we conduct thorough inspections of sealed products, we recommend that all customers record a video of the product from arrival to opening. We will only process returns or exchanges if the video clearly shows that the product is counterfeit. When recording the video, please ensure that all packaging materials are visible within the frame. The return rate listed is the theoretical value if all packs are opened. However, the set coin amount obtained from individual draws is random, and we do not guarantee the set amount per entry for all draws. Exchanges and refunds are not possible.
