Oripa may contain cards with scratches or stains. Product images are for reference only and do not guarantee the actual condition of cards or contents. Cards not shown in the images may also be included. For graded cards, we sell based on grades assigned by grading institutions, and we do not accept claims, returns, or exchanges regarding scratches or foreign objects visible inside the case. Even for unopened products, there may be minor scratches, dents, small tears in shrink wrap, sticker marks, etc. on the packaging. Unopened packs may have marks on the outer bag depending on the packaging condition. We conduct thorough inspections of unopened products, but we recommend all customers to "record video from product arrival to opening." Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if counterfeits are confirmed in the video. Please ensure all packaging materials are visible in the frame when recording. For products with 1st Edition (1ED), if the product title does not include edition information, we cannot accept requests to specify 1ED or Unlimited Edition (without 1ED marking). Even if 1ED marking is visible in the product images, products without such specification in the product title are excluded from this guarantee. Return rates are calculated based on theoretical values when all Oripa are purchased, but the set coin value of cards obtained through individual lottery results is random, and we do not guarantee equal amounts per draw. Additionally, due to specifications, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for products. Drop rates are displayed based on theoretical values at the time of oripa release. However, actual probabilities may vary depending on inventory status at the time of purchase, and displayed drop rates are not guaranteed. Oripa lottery effects do not guarantee the grade of results, so please understand this before using our service.

Disclosure under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
1. Price of products / consideration for services
(1) Purchase of coins Displayed on the purchase screen. Coin unit price: 1 coin = 1 Japanese yen (2) Purchase of each product or service Displayed on the purchase screen for each product or service.
* The displayed prices are the actual selling prices including consumption tax. * For products or services with special sales or provision conditions, those conditions are displayed on the purchase screen for each product or service.
2. Costs to be borne by the customer other than the above consideration
Shipping is free for all products. If separate shipping is required, it will be displayed on the purchase screen for each product. Fees for bank transfers, convenience store payments, etc., internet connection charges, and other costs related to telecommunications lines are borne by the customer. In addition, if a product is returned to us for reasons attributable to the customer (such as not receiving it within the storage period due to absence, refusing to accept delivery, errors in the address or addressee, or an incomplete or unknown address), the shipping cost for resending and the cost of the return shipment are not covered by free shipping and are borne by the customer. For details, please refer to the shipping policy.
3. Payment methods
PayPay, bank transfer, credit card payment, convenience store payment, Merpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are available. * There are two ways to pay with PayPay: using your topped-up balance, or using registered PayPay Credit (formerly Pay Later) or a credit card. Both are available. Convenience store payments can be made at Lawson, FamilyMart, and Ministop.
4. Payment timing and validity period of applications
For bank transfers and convenience store payments, payment must be made within 5 days from the date we issue the invoice. If payment is not made within that period, the application will expire. Payments via PayPay, credit card, Merpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are normally completed when the order is placed.
* The specific debit date varies depending on the rules of the payment company providing the above payment method and on your credit card's closing date and contract terms. Please contact the payment company or card issuer for details.
5. Timing of delivery of products or provision of services
(1) Purchased coins are provided immediately after payment is completed. However, in the following cases it may take time for the coins to be reflected. * Depending on communication conditions, there may be a delay before the payment is reflected in your coin balance. * For bank transfers, payment is completed when the transfer is completed and is normally reflected in your coins about 1 hour later. However, this may take 2–3 days, or until the next business day if the transfer is made on a weekend or public holiday. (2) If you purchase a paid service within this service (such as oripa) using purchased coins, the coins are consumed immediately and you may receive that paid service. If, as a result of receiving that paid service, you acquire the right to have a product shipped to you, that right arises immediately at the time you receive the paid service. (3) You may request shipment of a product at any time from the app or website within the storage period for each product (usually within 4 days after the drawing). However, to request shipment, the total number of coins for the products to be shipped must be 1,000 coins or more. If it is less than 1,000 coins, please add products you have won and then proceed. For products labeled "shipping only," a shipment request can be made even if the total number of coins is less than 1,000. If the storage period passes, products denoted in coins are automatically exchanged for coins, and the rights for products labeled "shipping only" are extinguished. Please note that you will no longer be able to request shipment. (4) After confirming receipt of a shipment request, we usually ship within 3 business days. However, depending on the concentration of orders and congestion, it may take longer to ship. (5) We send an email to your registered email address when we receive a shipment request and when the shipping procedure is completed. The carrier, shipping method, and number of days for delivery vary depending on the type of product, size, temperature-control requirements, and delivery region. We do not accept requests for a specific carrier. For details such as the arrival date, please check the official website of each carrier.
6. Returns, cancellations, and refunds of coins and paid services
Except where required by law, such as when the provided coins or paid services do not conform to the terms of the contract, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds of coins or paid services. For gacha, the service is completed at the time the drawing result is provided in exchange for coins, so cancellation or refund based on the drawing result is not possible. The expiration date of coins and other usage conditions are set forth in the Terms of Use. Unused coins will not be refunded except where required by law.
7. Special provisions regarding returns of shipped products
1. In principle, we do not accept cancellation of shipment requests or returns due to customer circumstances. If the type or quality of a product conforms to the terms of the contract, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances. 2. In the unlikely event that a product differing in condition or item from the product shown on the product page is delivered, we will accept a return only if, based on an unboxing video of the product taken by the customer or similar evidence, those differences are confirmed at the time of delivery to the customer. Please contact us within 7 days of the product's arrival via our official LINE or the support email address (support@jtc.center). We will bear all return shipping costs. If you contact us more than 7 days after the product's arrival, we may not be able to respond. 3. After confirming the return described in the preceding paragraph, if the same product can be resent, we will resend it. If resending is difficult, we will respond by returning coins. 4. If a product is returned to us for reasons attributable to the customer (such as not receiving it within the storage period due to absence, refusing to accept delivery, errors in the address or addressee, or an incomplete or unknown address), we will respond as follows. (1) After confirming the return of the product, we will notify you by email at your registered email address (first time only). Please reply within 7 days of receiving that email (or by the reply deadline stated in the email, if any) with the correct delivery information (including apartment name and room number) and your request for resending. As soon as we confirm your reply, we will promptly resend the product. (2) If any of the following applies, we will not resend the product and will treat the order as cancelled, responding by returning to your account the same number of coins as the one gacha play consumed at the time of purchasing the oripa that included the product. (i) You did not reply by the reply deadline. (ii) Despite resending to your desired delivery address, the carrier returned the product to us again. (3) For food products, from the perspective of hygiene management and quality preservation, we do not resend products returned to us. Instead, we respond by returning to your account the same number of coins as the one gacha play consumed at the time of purchasing the oripa that included the product, and we appropriately dispose of the returned food. (4) The number of coins returned is the same as the number of coins for the one gacha play consumed for the drawing of the product, regardless of the contents of the product won, and no refund in cash or the like will be made. (5) Regardless of whether a resend occurs, our shipping obligation is fulfilled when we ship the product and it is delivered to the specified address (or, in the case of refusal of delivery, when the carrier first attempts delivery). The shipping cost for resending and the cost of the return shipment are borne by the customer. 5. For products with a grading rank, we will ship a product with the grading rank stated on the relevant product page, but we do not assume any obligation to guarantee the accuracy of the grading, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for the card's condition or minor scratches on the case. Please understand this in advance.
8. Sales quantity limits and other special sales conditions
If a limit per person or other restrictions are set on the sales quantity of a product, they are displayed on the individual purchase screen. To request shipment of a product, the total number of coins for the products to be shipped must be 1,000 coins or more (see 5(3) above).
9. Operating environment
To use this service, an internet connection is required. When using the app, please check the supported OS and operating environment listed on each app store. When using the website, please check "Recommended Environment".
