Oripa may contain cards with scratches or stains. Product images are for reference only and do not guarantee the actual condition of cards or contents. Cards not shown in the images may also be included. For graded cards, we sell based on grades assigned by grading institutions, and we do not accept claims, returns, or exchanges regarding scratches or foreign objects visible inside the case. Even for unopened products, there may be minor scratches, dents, small tears in shrink wrap, sticker marks, etc. on the packaging. Unopened packs may have marks on the outer bag depending on the packaging condition. We conduct thorough inspections of unopened products, but we recommend all customers to "record video from product arrival to opening." Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if counterfeits are confirmed in the video. Please ensure all packaging materials are visible in the frame when recording. For products with 1st Edition (1ED), if the product title does not include edition information, we cannot accept requests to specify 1ED or Unlimited Edition (without 1ED marking). Even if 1ED marking is visible in the product images, products without such specification in the product title are excluded from this guarantee. Return rates are calculated based on theoretical values when all Oripa are purchased, but the set coin value of cards obtained through individual lottery results is random, and we do not guarantee equal amounts per draw. Additionally, due to specifications, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for products. Drop rates are displayed based on theoretical values at the time of oripa release. However, actual probabilities may vary depending on inventory status at the time of purchase, and displayed drop rates are not guaranteed. Oripa lottery effects do not guarantee the grade of results, so please understand this before using our service.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Method
Products ordered through Japan Trading Card Center will be shipped directly by DHL from our shipping warehouse in Japan to the service user's delivery address in Hong Kong.
We normally use DHL. However, depending on the products, shipping conditions, or other circumstances, we may at our sole discretion use another carrier selected by us.
Service users cannot specify the carrier.
Hong Kong does not have a postal code (Zip Code) system like Japan's. Please accurately enter the address in English or Chinese, including the area (e.g., Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, or the New Territories) and detailed address (building name, floor, unit number, etc.). Insufficient address information may delay customs clearance and delivery.
2. Delivery Times
From shipment request to dispatch
We normally dispatch products within 5 business days after receiving the service user's shipment request.
Dispatch may take longer than usual during closure periods such as the year-end and New Year holidays, or depending on inventory conditions.
From dispatch to delivery
DHL delivery times are calculated in DHL business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Japan and Hong Kong) and are subject to DHL service availability, terms of service, operating schedules, delivery coverage, and any applicable restrictions or delays.

These times are estimates only, are subject to DHL service availability and operating conditions, and do not guarantee an actual delivery date.
Delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, peak seasons, DHL service availability, carrier operating conditions, or other circumstances.
Typhoons are particularly frequent in Hong Kong from approximately June to October each year. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, carriers may temporarily suspend collection and delivery services, and delivery may take longer than usual.
During Lunar New Year, logistics and customs clearance operations in Hong Kong and Greater China may be suspended or reduced, and delivery may take longer than usual.
Depending on Hong Kong Customs clearance reviews, delivery may take longer than the estimates above.
3. Shipping Fees
We bear the shipping costs to Hong Kong. Service users do not need to pay any shipping fees.
4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Hong Kong is a free port. Imports of general consumer goods are not subject to customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), or goods and services tax (GST). Therefore, under normal delivery conditions, service users generally do not need to pay customs duties or similar charges for products sold on this website.
Exceptions: Only four categories—liquor with an alcohol content exceeding 30%, tobacco, hydrocarbon oils (such as petrol), and methyl alcohol—are subject to excise duty. In principle, products sold on this website do not fall within these categories. If we offer such products in the future, we will provide separate individual notification.
Notwithstanding the above, if customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges arise on shipped products, we will bear all such costs under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Service users will not need to pay any such charges upon receipt.
We also bear other costs arising during customs clearance.
Further, notwithstanding any other provision of this section, if future changes to Hong Kong's customs duty or import tax systems cause such duties or taxes to be levied, responsibility for those costs will be determined under a policy separately established by us.
Except as expressly provided in this Shipping Policy or required by applicable laws and regulations, we accept no responsibility for delays, non-delivery, seizure, confiscation, disposal, or other problems arising from decisions, inspections, restrictions, requirements, or actions of customs, tax, quarantine, or other authorities.
5. Handling of Import-Restricted Products
Products sold on this website may include products that cannot be delivered to Hong Kong due to import controls, quarantine rules, or other legal restrictions. The following examples are not exhaustive. Import eligibility depends on applicable laws, licensing and permit requirements, and decisions of the relevant Hong Kong authorities. Major regulated categories include:
Medicines and cosmetics containing medicinal ingredients (products requiring Department of Health approval or registration)
Chinese herbal medicines and proprietary Chinese medicines (some may require import permits from health authorities)
Alternative smoking products such as e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products (import and sale are completely prohibited in Hong Kong)
Equipment with wireless communication functions (products requiring Communications Authority approval, such as walkie-talkies and certain drones)
Foods such as meat, poultry, eggs, dairy products, and aquatic products that must meet health, safety, or import permit requirements
Animals, plants, and their products protected under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), such as ivory and tortoiseshell
Controlled items such as knives and imitation weapons (including firearms, ammunition, air guns, stun guns, sprays, etc.)
Products regulated as dangerous goods for air transport, such as products with built-in lithium batteries (including explosives, flammable or corrosive materials, pesticides, industrial chemicals, hazardous waste, mercury, etc.)
If an import restriction is identified before dispatch
If, after a service user requests shipment, we confirm during shipping preparation that a product falls within Hong Kong import restrictions, we will be unable to dispatch that product.
In this case, we will return the same number of Coins used to obtain the product (see Section 6).
Refunds by cash, credit card, or any other payment method are not available.
If import is prohibited during customs clearance
If Hong Kong Customs or another relevant authority determines during clearance that a product cannot be imported or delivered, clearance may be refused and we may be unable to deliver the product.
If a product is confiscated, disposed of, or cannot be delivered due to quarantine regulations or a decision by the relevant authorities, we will issue a refund in Coins under Section 6.
Except as expressly provided in this Shipping Policy or required by applicable laws and regulations, we accept no responsibility for any decisions, inspections, restrictions, requirements, or actions of customs, quarantine, tax, or other authorities.
6. General Refund Rules
Unless otherwise specified, refunds provided under this Policy are handled as follows:
Refunds are issued as Coins usable at Japan Trading Card Center.
Refunds by cash, bank transfer, credit card refund (chargeback), or any other payment method are not available.
Unless otherwise specified, the refund amount is equivalent to the amount used to obtain the product.
Refund processing may take time for verification (estimated at approximately 7 business days after inspection is completed).
7. Returns (Conditionally Accepted)
Hong Kong has no statutory cooling-off period (unconditional right to cancel a contract) for distance selling or online shopping. Accepting returns is not a legal obligation; we voluntarily accept them as our own service under the conditions below. This Shipping Policy does not grant any service user an automatic right to return products. We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not comply with this section or with rules or procedures separately specified by us.
Return request period and conditions
Returns may be requested within 7 days after delivery.
When requesting a return, please contact customer service and provide photographs clearly showing the condition of the received product.
Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return.
Opened or used products cannot be returned.
Responsibility for shipping and other costs
For returns due to the service user's personal circumstances:
The service user bears return shipping costs.
The service user also bears customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees arising from the return (as explained in Section 4, these normally do not arise).
The return address is a warehouse in Japan designated by us.
Refunds
Refund procedures begin only after the returned product arrives at our company and inspection is completed.
Refunds are issued in Coins (see Section 6), in an amount equivalent to the price of the product.
Return shipping costs are borne by the service user and are not refundable.
If, after inspection, we determine that the returned product does not meet the return conditions in this section (including the requirement that it be unopened and unused), no refund will be issued. In that case, we may send the product back at the service user's expense. If the service user fails to receive the product or pay the return delivery costs within the period we specify, we may dispose of the product.
Missing or defective products
If our negligence results in missing products, defective products, or incorrect deliveries, we will issue a full refund in Coins or ship a replacement product.
8. Disclaimer
Except as expressly provided in this Shipping Policy or required by applicable laws and regulations, we accept no responsibility for damage, loss, delay, non-delivery, return, seizure, confiscation, disposal, or other problems arising from any of the following. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery delays
Delivery delays caused by weather, such as typhoons (Signal No. 8 or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signals.
Delays due to public holidays in Japan or Hong Kong, particularly during Lunar New Year.
Delays caused by carriers, including collection delays, reduced air cargo flights, service suspension or unavailability, or other carrier operating conditions.
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customs clearance and import restrictions
Customs clearance delays due to random customs inspections or other procedures by customs, quarantine, tax, or other authorities.
Refusal of customs clearance, seizure, confiscation, disposal, or non-delivery caused by decisions, inspections, restrictions, requirements, or actions of Hong Kong Customs or other relevant authorities (refunds are handled under Sections 5 and 6).
Recipient information
Non-delivery, failed delivery, return to Japan, or delays caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or false recipient information (name, address, telephone number, or other delivery information) supplied by the service user.
Delivery delays or non-delivery due to insufficient delivery information, such as area name, building name, floor, or unit number, as Hong Kong has no postal code system.
If the service user requests reshipment, the service user bears the reshipment costs.
9. Delivery Areas
Delivery coverage follows the Hong Kong coverage of the international carrier designated by us.
Delivery is supported to the main urban areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. For certain outlying islands and remote areas (such as Lamma Island, Peng Chau, and Tai O), delivery may be unavailable or require additional time depending on carrier coverage and operating conditions.
Some areas may require additional delivery time.
10. Refusal of Delivery and Extended Absence
If a parcel cannot be received due to the service user's personal circumstances, such as extended absence or refusal of delivery, it will be returned to Japan after the carrier's storage period expires.
The service user bears the shipping and other related costs of the return.
If reshipment is requested after the product is returned, additional reshipment costs will arise.
11. Tracking and Inquiries
After dispatch, we will provide the service user with a tracking number by email or in-app notification.
Service users may check delivery status using the tracking number through the carrier's tracking service.

12. Handling of Personal Information
To the extent necessary to carry out delivery and customs clearance, we may provide service users' personal information, such as names, addresses, and telephone numbers, to carriers (such as DHL) and Hong Kong customs authorities (Hong Kong Customs). This constitutes provision of personal information to third parties as specified in the items of Article 27, paragraph 1 of Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information. In addition, recipients processing the information in Hong Kong may also be required to comply with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
13. Governing Law and Arbitration Agreement
The governing law and arbitration agreement for this Policy are as specified in our Terms of Use.
14. Amendments to the Policy
We may amend this Shipping Policy when we consider it necessary, including due to changes in laws and regulations, changes in our business, or other circumstances. We will notify service users by a method we determine, including posting on our website or another appropriate method. The notice will specify the content of the amended Shipping Policy and its effective date. If a service user continues to use Japan Trading Card Center or requests delivery of any product on or after the effective date, the service user will be deemed to have accepted the amended Shipping Policy.
