[Important Information] Please read before purchasing.
The probabilities, item contents, quantities and provision rates listed on the product page are those at the start of the sale and do not reflect or guarantee the probabilities, contents or quantities at the time of each purchase. Please purchase only after fully understanding that the probabilities, item list and provision rates for each draw vary depending on the draws and items remaining at that time.
Lottery results are determined randomly from the items remaining at the time of the draw. Depending on when you purchase, all higher-tier prizes may already have been drawn. Even if you purchase all remaining draws, you may not obtain a higher-tier prize shown in the item list.
The total return rate shown is a theoretical value calculated as follows, and represents the average when all draws are purchased at the start of the sale. Accordingly, it does not guarantee that any individual draw will yield coins equivalent to the total return rate.
"Sum of our designated coin counts for all enclosed items ÷ (total number of draws × price per draw) × 100"
The coin count shown for a prize is our own reference value used when exchanging the item for coins within the service. It does not represent, and does not guarantee, the monetary purchase price, market price, or cash value of the item.

Notes
Oripa may include cards with scratches or stains. Product images are for illustration only and do not guarantee the condition of the actual cards or the items dispensed. Cards not shown may also be dispensed.
Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the grading agency. We do not accept complaints, returns, or exchanges regarding scratches or foreign matter found inside the case.
Unopened items may also show minor scratches or dents on the packaging, small tears in the shrink wrap, seal marks, and similar imperfections. Unopened packs may show marks on the outer bag depending on the packaging condition.
Although we carefully inspect unopened items, we recommend that all customers record a video "from delivery through opening". Returns or exchanges are accepted only when a counterfeit item can be confirmed in the video. When recording, please ensure that all packaging materials remain within the frame.
For products that may include a 1st Edition (1ED) version, if the product title does not specify an edition, requests for either the 1ED or the Unlimited version (no 1ED marking) cannot be accommodated.
Even if a 1ED marking is visible in the product image, products whose title does not explicitly state it are excluded.
The total return rate is calculated based on the theoretical value when all oripa draws are purchased; however, the coin value assigned to cards obtained in each draw is random, and an equal amount per draw is not guaranteed for every draw. In addition, due to system specifications, exchanges or refunds for items cannot be accepted.
The displayed drop rates are based on theoretical values at the time of the oripa release; the actual probability may vary depending on the enclosure status at the time of purchase, and the displayed drop rates are not guaranteed.
Effects shown during the oripa draw do not guarantee the resulting tier. Please use the service with this in mind.

Shipping Policy
Applicable area: Hong Kong Special Administrative Region | Shipping method: Cross-border delivery from a warehouse in Japan
1. Shipping Method
Products ordered through Japan Trading Card Center will be shipped directly by DHL from our shipping warehouse in Japan to the service user's delivery address in Hong Kong. We normally use DHL. However, depending on the products, shipping conditions, or other circumstances, we may at our sole discretion use another carrier selected by us. Service users cannot specify the carrier. Hong Kong does not have a postal code (Zip Code) system like Japan's. Please accurately enter the address in English or Chinese, including the area (e.g., Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, or the New Territories) and detailed address (building name, floor, unit number, etc.). Insufficient address information may delay customs clearance and delivery.
2. Delivery Times（From shipment request to dispatch）
We normally dispatch products within 5 business days after receiving the service user's shipment request. Dispatch may take longer than usual during closure periods such as the year-end and New Year holidays, or depending on inventory conditions.
2. Delivery Times（From dispatch to delivery）
DHL delivery times are calculated in DHL business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Japan and Hong Kong) and are subject to DHL service availability, terms of service, operating schedules, delivery coverage, and any applicable restrictions or delays. Delivery type: DHL Express Service name: Worldwide / Express Worldwide Estimated delivery time: Approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Japan and Hong Kong) These times are estimates only, are subject to DHL service availability and operating conditions, and do not guarantee an actual delivery date. Delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, peak seasons, DHL service availability, carrier operating conditions, or other circumstances. Typhoons are particularly frequent in Hong Kong from approximately June to October each year. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, carriers may temporarily suspend collection and delivery services, and delivery may take longer than usual. During Lunar New Year, logistics and customs clearance operations in Hong Kong and Greater China may be suspended or reduced, and delivery may take longer than usual. Depending on Hong Kong Customs clearance reviews, delivery may take longer than the estimates above.
3. Shipping Fees
We bear the shipping costs to Hong Kong. Service users do not need to pay any shipping fees.
4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Hong Kong is a free port. Imports of general consumer goods are not subject to customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), or goods and services tax (GST). Therefore, under normal delivery conditions, service users generally do not need to pay customs duties or similar charges for products sold on this website. Exceptions: Only four categories—liquor with an alcohol content exceeding 30%, tobacco, hydrocarbon oils (such as petrol), and methyl alcohol—are subject to excise duty. In principle, products sold on this website do not fall within these categories. If we offer such products in the future, we will provide separate individual notification. Notwithstanding the above, if customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges arise on shipped products, we will bear all such costs under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Service users will not need to pay any such charges upon receipt. We also bear other costs arising during customs clearance. Further, notwithstanding any other provision of this section, if future changes to Hong Kong's customs duty or import tax systems cause such duties or taxes to be levied, responsibility for those costs will be determined under a policy separately established by us. Except as expressly provided in this Shipping Policy or required by applicable laws and regulations, we accept no responsibility for delays, non-delivery, seizure, confiscation, disposal, or other problems arising from decisions, inspections, restrictions, requirements, or actions of customs, tax, quarantine, or other authorities.
5. Handling of Import-Restricted Products（If an import restriction is identified before dispatch）
If, after a service user requests shipment, we confirm during shipping preparation that a product falls within Hong Kong import restrictions, we will be unable to dispatch that product. In this case, we will return the same number of Coins used to obtain the product (see Section 6). Refunds by cash, credit card, or any other payment method are not available.
5. Handling of Import-Restricted Products（If import is prohibited during customs clearance）
If Hong Kong Customs or another relevant authority determines during clearance that a product cannot be imported or delivered, clearance may be refused and we may be unable to deliver the product. If a product is confiscated, disposed of, or cannot be delivered due to quarantine regulations or a decision by the relevant authorities, we will issue a refund in Coins under Section 6. Except as expressly provided in this Shipping Policy or required by applicable laws and regulations, we accept no responsibility for any decisions, inspections, restrictions, requirements, or actions of customs, quarantine, tax, or other authorities.
6. General Refund Rules
Unless otherwise specified, refunds provided under this Policy are handled as follows: Refunds are issued as Coins usable at Japan Trading Card Center. Refunds by cash, bank transfer, credit card refund (chargeback), or any other payment method are not available. Unless otherwise specified, the refund amount is equivalent to the amount used to obtain the product. Refund processing may take time for verification (estimated at approximately 7 business days after inspection is completed).
7. Returns (Conditionally Accepted)（Return request period and conditions）
Returns may be requested within 7 days after delivery. When requesting a return, please contact customer service and provide photographs clearly showing the condition of the received product. Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
7. Returns (Conditionally Accepted)（Responsibility for shipping and other costs）
For returns due to the service user's personal circumstances: The service user bears return shipping costs. The service user also bears customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees arising from the return (as explained in Section 4, these normally do not arise). The return address is a warehouse in Japan designated by us.
7. Returns (Conditionally Accepted)（Refunds）
If, after inspection, we determine that the returned product does not meet the return conditions in this section (including the requirement that it be unopened and unused), no refund will be issued. In that case, we may send the product back at the service user's expense. If the service user fails to receive the product or pay the return delivery costs within the period we specify, we may dispose of the product. Refund procedures begin only after the returned product arrives at our company and inspection is completed. Refunds are issued in Coins (see Section 6), in an amount equivalent to the price of the product. Return shipping costs are borne by the service user and are not refundable.
7. Returns (Conditionally Accepted)（Missing or defective products）
If our negligence results in missing products, defective products, or incorrect deliveries, we will issue a full refund in Coins or ship a replacement product.
8. Disclaimer（Delivery delays）
Delivery delays caused by weather, such as typhoons (Signal No. 8 or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signals. Delays due to public holidays in Japan or Hong Kong, particularly during Lunar New Year. Delays caused by carriers, including collection delays, reduced air cargo flights, service suspension or unavailability, or other carrier operating conditions. Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Disclaimer（Customs clearance and import restrictions）
Customs clearance delays due to random customs inspections or other procedures by customs, quarantine, tax, or other authorities. Refusal of customs clearance, seizure, confiscation, disposal, or non-delivery caused by decisions, inspections, restrictions, requirements, or actions of Hong Kong Customs or other relevant authorities (refunds are handled under Sections 5 and 6).
8. Disclaimer（Recipient information）
Non-delivery, failed delivery, return to Japan, or delays caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or false recipient information (name, address, telephone number, or other delivery information) supplied by the service user. Delivery delays or non-delivery due to insufficient delivery information, such as area name, building name, floor, or unit number, as Hong Kong has no postal code system. If the service user requests reshipment, the service user bears the reshipment costs.
9. Delivery Areas
Delivery coverage follows the Hong Kong coverage of the international carrier designated by us. Delivery is supported to the main urban areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. For certain outlying islands and remote areas (such as Lamma Island, Peng Chau, and Tai O), delivery may be unavailable or require additional time depending on carrier coverage and operating conditions. Some areas may require additional delivery time.
10. Refusal of Delivery and Extended Absence
If a parcel cannot be received due to the service user's personal circumstances, such as extended absence or refusal of delivery, it will be returned to Japan after the carrier's storage period expires. If a parcel cannot be received due to the service user's personal circumstances, such as extended absence or refusal of delivery, it will be returned to Japan after the carrier's storage period expires. The service user bears the shipping and other related costs of the return. If reshipment is requested after the product is returned, additional reshipment costs will arise.

12. Handling of Personal Information
To the extent necessary to carry out delivery and customs clearance, we may provide service users' personal information, such as names, addresses, and telephone numbers, to carriers (such as DHL) and Hong Kong customs authorities (Hong Kong Customs). This constitutes provision of personal information to third parties as specified in the items of Article 27, paragraph 1 of Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information. In addition, recipients processing the information in Hong Kong may also be required to comply with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
13. Governing Law and Arbitration Agreement
The governing law and arbitration agreement for this Policy are as specified in our Terms of Use.
