Oripa may include cards with scratches or stains. Product images are for illustration only and do not guarantee the condition of the actual cards or the items dispensed. Cards not shown may also be dispensed.
Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the grading agency. We do not accept complaints, returns, or exchanges regarding scratches or foreign matter found inside the case.
Unopened items may also show minor scratches or dents on the packaging, small tears in the shrink wrap, seal marks, and similar imperfections. Unopened packs may show marks on the outer bag depending on the packaging condition.
Although we carefully inspect unopened items, we recommend that all customers record a video "from delivery through opening". Returns or exchanges are accepted only when a counterfeit item can be confirmed in the video. When recording, please ensure that all packaging materials remain within the frame.
For products that may include a 1st Edition (1ED) version, if the product title does not specify an edition, requests for either the 1ED or the Unlimited version (no 1ED marking) cannot be accommodated.
Even if a 1ED marking is visible in the product image, products whose title does not explicitly state it are excluded.
The total return rate is calculated based on the theoretical value when all oripa draws are purchased; however, the coin value assigned to cards obtained in each draw is random, and an equal amount per draw is not guaranteed for every draw. In addition, due to system specifications, exchanges or refunds for items cannot be accepted.
The displayed drop rates are based on theoretical values at the time of the oripa release; the actual probability may vary depending on the enclosure status at the time of purchase, and the displayed drop rates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Method
Products purchased on this site will be shipped from a warehouse in Japan and delivered directly to the recipient address in Taiwan by DHL. DHL will generally be used for delivery; however, depending on the contents of the shipment, delivery conditions, or other factors, the Company may, at its discretion, use another carrier. Customers may not designate a carrier.
2. Delivery Time（Processing Time Before Shipment）
Our shipping warehouse ships on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays). The terms of sale for shipments to Taiwan are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The Company bears all customs duties, import taxes, and business tax (5%) incurred upon import into Taiwan. Customers do not need to pay customs duties or other such charges upon receipt. The Company also bears any other charges incurred during customs clearance.
5. EZ WAY Real-Name Authentication（If the Information Does Not Match:）
If the EZ WAY registration information does not match the order information, customs clearance may be impossible, the Product may not be delivered, or it may be returned to Japan. The customer bears any customs issues and re-shipping costs arising from this. The Company is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inconsistent EZ WAY registration information.
6. Handling of Products Subject to Import Restrictions（If a Product Is Confirmed to Be Subject to Import Restrictions Before Shipment）
If, after a customer submits a shipping request, the Company confirms during shipping preparation that a Product is subject to Taiwanese import restrictions, it cannot be shipped. In this case, the Company will refund an amount equivalent to the purchase amount of the Product in Coins. Cash, credit card, or other payment-method refunds are not available.
6. Handling of Products Subject to Import Restrictions（If Customs Determines That the Product May Not Be Imported）
If Taiwanese customs determines that the Product may not clear customs, it may not be delivered. If the Product is confiscated or destroyed for reasons such as quarantine, the Company will refund the amount in Coins. A return may be requested within seven days after delivery of the Product. When requesting a return, provide photographs clearly showing the condition of the Product and contact customer support. Returns are limited to unopened and unused Products. Opened or used Products cannot be returned.
